My friends at ON1 have just announced Photo RAW 2019 coming this November and it has some exciting new stuff. I do a lot of my work in ON1 Photo RAW and I can’t wait to delve into this new release.
There are a host of features, refinements and improvements, but the things I’m most excited about trying out are:
Working in Layers non-destructively with RAW files. And I mean combining multiple RAW images or versions of a RAW image nondestructively with masks and blending options.
Focus stacking. I’ve been experimenting with this technique in landscape images a lot lately and really enjoying it.
A new AI masking masking tool.
A new portrait module
